Customer Services - Back to Basics Workshop

This 1 hour workshop looks at the basics of customer service and how to make your customers feel like champions!

Employers need staff who are both willing and able to provide their customers with excellent customer service. They know that the key to their success lies in their ability to provide consistently excellent customer service.

However, many business owners and managers fail to provide simple basic training and then wonder why customers don't come back!

This workshop covers the following:

All this and more packed into approx. 1 hour. After this workshop all attendee's will have a clear concise understanding why "Good Customer Service" is so important. Plus they will realise how easy it is to achieve.

Normally we would run the workshop at your own premises, however an off site venue can be arranged.
